These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zaylumen platform and website operated by Zaylumen Pty Ltd ("Zaylumen", "we", "us" or "our"), an Australian company registered at Level 12, 420 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

By submitting an access request or using any part of the Zaylumen platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Platform Description

Zaylumen is a digital AI platform that provides data analysis, automated insights and workflow management tools. The platform is a neutral information processing service and does not provide advisory services, regulated professional recommendations or personalised guidance of any kind.

2. Access Eligibility

Access to the Zaylumen platform is subject to approval following a completed access request. We reserve the right to approve, decline or revoke access at our sole discretion. Access is granted to individuals and organisations who have reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

You may use the Zaylumen platform only for its intended purpose: information analysis, data review and digital workflow management. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Australian law.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform interface or automated systems.
  • Use the platform to distribute harmful, deceptive or offensive content.
  • Share your access credentials with any third party.

The Zaylumen platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any information or output produced by the platform. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Zaylumen Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design and branding associated with the Zaylumen platform are the intellectual property of Zaylumen Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time and without notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms or if the platform is discontinued or modified.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
